Return Policy

JamDungPonLine always strive to satisfy customers. If for any reason you are not happy with the product/s received, you may read below under different categories to assist you in making a decision:


No Quibble Returns

If any of the snacks you have ordered from us do not live up to your
expectations just return them to us in original packaging for an exchange or refund within a week from the date received. Unless the item is out of code or damaged, return postage will be at customers’ cost.

 

Returns

We accept returns one week from the date you have received the item/s. Once this period has passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or some other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Goods Damaged On Arrival

If you have received your goods and recognize that there are visibly damaged, you should refuse to accept the delivery and contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This information will aid us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them. In most cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival.

Goods Not As Ordered

If you recognise that the goods you have received differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible via email.

Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, contact us as soon as possible via email.

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind

At JamdungPonLine we understand that you may want to change your mind. In the event that you cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, with the following conditions considered:

(a) the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7
Working Days after the day on which you received the
goods.


(b) you tell us in writing that you wish to cancel your order.
Please note that you may not cancel any goods ordered
from us where any of the items has been unsealed by you.


You will receive a refund via your original payment method
as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30
days after the cancellation of your order has been received
by us in writing.


If we collect the goods from you, we may charge you for the
cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from
your refund).
