1. HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

This is a common question asked and the process is quite simple. Just go to our shop page and you can add the items you wish to purchase in your cart. Once you have completed your shopping you can proceed to checkout. You will then receive your items which you have purchased.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE ONCE I ORDER?

Once you have placed your order then this will be processed immediately. Your items will usually take between 5-9 Business days after order has been placed. However, there might be a delay in shipping because of Covid-19.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

We accept PayPal payments as well as ALL major credit cards through our secured payment gateways.

4. DO YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA, EUROPE AND CARIBBEAN ISLANDS?

Yes we do. Upon checking out, just select your country and then enter your full address to be delivered to you. Also we do ship globally but you will have to bare in mind that the shipping times may vary for countries outside of Canada, United States and United Kingdom.

5. WHAT IF I WANT A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?

You can send in a request for that product/s and we will try to source this for you. You can also send us an email with the product you wish to order and we will respond as soon as possible with a specified time frame and the price for sourcing the item for you.

6. DO YOU HAVE ALL THE PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, we do have all the products on our website. If this is out of stock then you will see this on our website with the products that are unavailable. This is due to high order volumes in addition to customers’ demand for specific products. However we try our best to source the products immediately so that you can enjoy them.

7. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do. We ship globally. What you can do is simply select the appropriate destination country at the checkout. Please bare in mind that shipping times may vary from country to country (especially to countries outside of United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.)

8. IS SHIPPING OVER $49 FREE?

Yes, orders going to the U.S.A and Jamaica are free if order is $49 and above.

9. DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes, it is advisable that the package that you receive, is being signed for . If you are unable to receive this package then there has to be some form of arrangement made for re-delivery or pick up at your post office.
